Hey friends!

Back home in my studio, digging into a new top-secret work in progress
--a brand new electric violin concerto by a major composer! Several years in the planning, new pages are finally streaming in every few days. The premiere will be in NYC with a major orchestra this June, so we're working hard! (The identities of some notes have been withheld to protect the innocent, although right now it's also a fair representation of how I'm playing it.)
For my NARAS voting members, I'm featured on a major new composition called "With Malice Toward None" commissioned by the Apollo Chamber Players from composer Kimo Williams. It's entered in several different categories, for your consideration.

My guest on the For the Greater Groove podcast this week is my good buddy Earl Maneein. Once a classically trained violinist, Earl slipped over to the dark side and has resurfaced with some of the heaviest hardcore electric violin playing ever. We get into how he covers the rhythm guitar territory in a Metallica tune and lots more.

“Earl is a kick ass player who pushes the creative boundaries.” - Robert Trujillo, bassist of Metallica

As always, I’d love to hear from you--just hit reply or comment/message me on socials below.

Stay in touch and groove on!
