Howdy pardners!
Back from a couple of weeks in WI with the Milwaukee Symphony and workshop residencies in Racine and Manitowoc, and pivoting sharply back to the Roberto Sierra concerto, which premieres in what will feel like a few very short weeks!

Well, it finally happened--I'm a little behind on my For the Greater Groove Podcast. I do have 3 episodes in the can waiting to be edited, and a list of upcoming guests a mile long, so the episodes will resume shortly. Life got in the way.

But in the meantime, the tables have turned and my buddy Andy Reiner interviewed me for his amazing podcast, River of Suck! "You have to suck at something before you can be good at it."
NEW EPISODE ALERT! šŸšØ Ep. 25 with Tracy Silverman - On The Dartboard.
"Six-String Electric Violinist, Tracy Silverman, shares deep thoughts about the emotional side of his musical journey. From the future of string playing to tales of suffering. Learn about high level performance mind techniques. Listen to host Andy Reiner Debunk the FEAR acronym. Visualization before performance, walking a tight wire between seemingly different words, and DANGER - both perceived and real."
Looking forward to a wonderful Strings Without Boundaries workshop with my amazing colleague Julie Lyonn Lieberman and the wonderful player/educator Sky Steele! That's me in the middle. You know, the King of Rhythm!
For you rockers--and you know who you are--We're back! Live and in person! Sign up while scholarships last! The proud return of MWROC!!
And for you classical and jazz-curious string players out there--want to take your playing to the next level this summer? Need a little inspiration? Well, if you're going to practice anyway, why not do it in Tuscany?

I'll be working with a small group of dedicated students on jazz and Strum Bowing. Admission to this amazing program closes at the end of the month of April, so don't miss this opportunity to work with some of the best classical and jazz instructors on the planet! Click the image below for details.
Not sure if Strum Bowing is for you? Try this free workshop (below) and find out. And you'll still have time to register for Clazz before it closes.
As always, Iā€™d love to hear from you--just hit reply or comment/message me on socials below.

Stay in touch and groove on!
